    FinSight

    A financial management and market intelligence platform covering NSE, BSE, NYSE and NASDAQ with multi-currency portfolios.

    • Python analytics engine that computes CAGR, XIRR, Sharpe ratio, volatility, max drawdown, FX impact and dividend attribution
    • Provider-agnostic market data pipeline that labels every price as live, delayed or historical
    • JWT and bcrypt auth, Docker on Render and GitHub Actions CI/CD, backed by 183+ documented design decisions

  2. 02 · 2026

    Project Cauvery

    Who gets the water when the rain falls short? Forecasts and seven allocation strategies for the Karnataka side of the Cauvery basin.

    • Shared LSTM forecasting daily rain for 12 Western Ghats towns, blind-tested on 2023 to 2025
    • Blind three-year MAE of 4.35 mm/day against 4.66 for the historical baseline
    • Seven allocation rules stress-tested at 75% and 50% supply, including a KKT-solved optimum

    Resonaa

    Energy-aware playlists. Pick a length, blend genres and draw an energy curve; the optimizer orders tracks to match it.

    • Duration-aware beam search balancing BPM, harmonic key, energy fit and genre diversity
    • Average playlist-duration error cut from 29.1 s to 6.7 s, covered by 37 unit tests
    • AWS infrastructure in Terraform with GitHub OIDC deploys and least-privilege IAM

    Async Stencil Jacobian

    A GPU research project on synchronization in a two-dimensional Jacobi stencil: when do extra local sweeps beat waiting for the whole grid?

    • Standalone five-point CUDA Jacobi solver validated against a CPU reference
    • Experiment harness covering grid size, source shape, diffusion ratio and sweep depth
    • Offline decision tree that selects a synchronization strategy from problem features

    • Organise technical bootcamps and workshops, leading the training of freshmen in Java, Python, data structures and algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
    • Spearhead advanced technical events that connect database management systems and computer networks to practical development scenarios.
    • Coordinate LeetCode-style competitive programming events, managing logistics and question-setting end to end.

    • Organise ACM-affiliated technical events and build a competitive programming culture on campus.

04 / About

I like projects where the interface is only half the work.

I’m studying computer science at Manipal Institute of Technology. FinSight started as a dashboard and turned into 183 written decisions about schemas, authentication, data freshness and deployment. That is the part I enjoy most: making the whole system hold together, not just the screen.

Outside coursework I lead HR for IECSE Manipal, and I have taught bootcamps on Java, Python, object-oriented programming and data structures to other undergraduates.

Away from the screen I play basketball, football and badminton, and the rest of my time goes to video games, anime and music.
